The “Year in Review” presentation will address those significant statutory, regulatory, case law and other developments in Government Contracts in the past year. Designed for industry professionals, this talk will keep them abreast of those substantive changes that can sneak past you during a busy year.

Bio: James F. Nagle is a retired partner and former head of the firm’s federal practice group now of counsel for Oles Morrison Rinker & Baker LLP. He has an LL.M. and S.J.D. in government contracts, has written extensively on government contracts, often mediates and arbitrates between prime and subcontractors on federal projects, and is often used by parties including the Justice Department as an expert witness in federal contract disputes. He has litigated extensively both for and against the government in federal contract matters. He is one of the authors of the bible of government contracts, Nash, Cibinic and Nagle, Administration of Government Contracts (5th ed. 2016).
